South Korean giant LG today announced its new UltraGeargaming monitor ahead of IFA 2018 in Berlin. This monitor packs massive 34-inch curved display with UltraWide 21:9 aspect ratio adds a cinematic touch to gaming, giving users a new perspective on their favorite games. It was also showcased at the CES 2018 earlier this year and won 2018 Red Dot Design Award and 2018 iF Design Award.
The flagship UltraGear model 34GK950G features a Nano IPS display technology that covers 98 percent of the DCI-P3 color space and also accurately recreates colors across over 135 percent of the sRGB color space. UltraGear also has built-in graphic processing NVIDIA G-Sync with 100Hz refresh rate natively that can be overclocked to 120Hz which provides smooth motion without tearing or stuttering during gameplay.
It’s 34-inch display has a QHD (3440 x 1440) resolution, Finally, the monitor’s back has ring of LEDs dubbed Sphere Lighting, gamers can create their own unique ambient lighting that boasts six color settings to complement any game or movie.
The monitor does not have an official price or release date yet, but with premium specifications like this, you can expect it to be price over $1000.
